Could be a lot better
Should be a pretty simple and straightforward app but confusing and laggy. Signed up for add on incoming call that should only cost $0.58 but when I try to pay it forces me to top-up $10 without explaining anything. Confusing, made me thought I purchased the wrong thing.
Too many errors
There are countless times where I have data and yet it won’t work, or have no service at all even if I restart my phone. This is so bad and last for atleast 2-10 hours, if lucky only 2. What if I am in an emergency situation and has no service even after I paid to use the data! In addition, I can’t check the balance with my mobile data on, it only works when I am with wifi otherwise it won’t finish loading! I hate this so much and it is too inconvenient. Please fix it.
Blindly charge
I have just topped up the main balance of $30 and used $5 to buy a data roaming, it suppose to have $25 left. But it end up showing $1 left and this happen not just once. My main balance have been charged for more than 8 times. Contacted the support team but no one can solve the problem. What the agents can do is just telling me that they will raise report and investigation will be conduct that’s it. Such a useless telco. Until today still nobody helping to solve this issue.
