This is definitely a hotel, and the staff at reception were friendly. However, it's clear a LOT of people smoke in this hotel, and it reeks. Even with room spray used. The 'deluxe family room' we booked turned out to be a small room with a Queen bed. The worst bit is the floors are filthy. Truly, I tried hard not to think what was living in the carpet. The bathrooms are tiny, the water pressure and showers poor. I would not return. 2.5 stars and only because the staff were friendly. The owner clearly doesn't care. They're rated three stars. But in truth, they're two at best.
