Resolve the issues Starbucks ,

Unresolved issues for prolonged period of time

It’s frustrating that after each order, my account shows zero balance and zero stars and to resolve the issue so that I can place order again, I have to delete the app and download it again. This is a complete waste of time, especially when I want to place order on the go. Deleting the app and downloading it is not a solution. Having to call Starbucks is also not a solution. Please find a permanent fix to this issue.

Another issue is the indication of two orders when the previous order had been fulfilled and my current order is pending. As a result, I can’t place order. Another frustrating experience.

The other day I had issue placing order for the toffee nut crunch latte at the Singapore Land Tower outlet. The cashier simply commented that I was the only one having issue; other gold members had no issue placing order for the Christmas edition latte using their app. I left empty-handed. Yet a few minutes later, I had no issue placing order for this latte with the Republic Plaza outlet.

Please beef up your user experience and customer service!

Issues ordering

I’m a frequent user of the Starbucks app and I like any venue that lets me preorder my pickups and has dine in ordering features. However there seems to be a problem where either staff or not marking orders as ready or something else is happening incorrectly in the back end because I have two “open” orders - both 1 month+ old. I honestly don’t care that it’s visible in the app but it’s stopping me from using the app the place orders now - I get an error message saying that there can only be a max of two orders. And also - I hate that the app clears out my cart when I navigate away from the store. Just leave my stuff in there and I’ll come back to it later!

can’t even sign into the app

honestly such a bad app. i tried to sign up for an account because someone gave me a starbucks card. after setting up the account, i couldn’t log in so i tried resetting the password. BUT EVEN AFTER, I STILL couldn’t get in?talk about how the app allowed me to reset my password more than 10 times using the same password LOL how is it possible that i typed in the same password so many times and it’s still wrong? i thought my account didn’t register properly so i tried setting it up again but it says my email is registered already….. tried resetting password AGAIN but still couldn't get in. for such a big company, the app was obviously not made very well. please fix the issue because this isn’t user friendly at all.
