I Ordered on 9 Feb using McDelivery and food didn’t come and I didn’t get any calls explaining. I had to call Siglap branch and they told me my order went to Eastpoint Mall even though Siglap CC is nearer! Siglap CC manager didn’t want to help check where my order went to until I kept asking her. I called Eastpoint Mall and manger said rider didn’t come to collect how convenient for him! Maybe CNY EVE too busy but that’s no excuse for conveniently forgetting my order! I asked for a refund and got it few days later. I feedback thru app and I chose the option to have a callback but callback never came! I feedback thru app about this and nobody got back to me! Please improve your app if not just shut it down! Only feedback thru their Facebook messenger is heard and responded to fast.

I was standing right inside TPY HDB Hub while placing my order and I’m directed to TPY central branch unknownly which is approx 0.5km away.

Submitted claim for refund but was rejected, reason is customer selected incorrect outlet.

Why the customer has to be responsible for the selection (location of restaurant) when I didn’t even select it myself?? If the company think that’s is customer’s responsibility to ensure the selection, then jolly well make that selection on apps MANUALLY instead of automatically. WHO knows if this was made out of purpose by the company who created the apps themselves? Else this apps obviously is poorly designed. In today technology, this kind of inaccuracy on location is unbelievable. What kind of apps in Apple apps store that offer location GPS ability has an accuracy of plus minus 0.5km??! This is a big joke to me.

The points and reward system are good but when they mess up your order and you want to claim a refund it is impossible. You send a ticket and fill in tons of information that is not easy to access and wait days to hear back from them and all they tell you is ‘we will do better’. Hello I want my money back because you failed to deliver what I ordered??

Ridiculously McD SG now decided to charge for sauce but it is these small packets that the poor packers overlook more easily when sending out your order! Yes it’s a bit lame to ask for 50 cent refund but if you’re going to levy an equally lame charge for something small and not deliver I will want my money back

Just use the third party apps to order at least if the order is wrong their remediation process is immediate and they actually give you your money back.
