Quiet easy to use

I like the 7 days validity, give customer more days to react on it.

But I hate keep asking me to enter password even if I’ve already login. Sometimes even used FaceID login but still ask for mobile and password. If this is needed then don’t use FaceID, no need double work.

App is a little slow

Should not require scanning of receipts - that process should be automated further eg by getting merchant to scan the app directly . Counter based Customer service is good though and they do their best to approve the points via the app fast . I think promotions can take time to approve leaving customer wondering eg the 10x points promo with dior beauty … the credit of the points was delayed beyond 3 weeks after conclusion of the promotion as was stated in the fine print

Bad connectivity.

A sales person asked me to download the app as there is an available voucher which can be used for my purchase. But when I tried to register my account, it hangs and I tried to redo the process thrice but it still doesn’t go to the next step after the OTP verification. I don’t understand how an app made specifically for ion can’t work while I’m in ion itself. I even went outside of ion to register as the sales person said it might be a telco connectivity issue inside the building but still registration is stuck. Definitely a bad user experience for a first time user like me.
